Value for money, though not always the cheapest. However they are a HARD NUT TO CRACK when anything need done. They get very heavy on administration issues. Telephone based organisation trying to be online. The industry is TOO competitive. I think they will eventually fail, as the concept and approach to consumers is too 1980\'s (hard sell, \'take your money and run\')
