Extremely back service once you have the misfortune to have a car accident. Left me stranded 200 miles from home without a car or accomodation and an injured passenger. Had to make my own way home no courtesy car or help even though the accident was not my fault. 7 weeks after accident still have no car or any hope of any settlement in the near future. The dedicated person never answers the phone or replies to emails even though the automated email reply promises a reponse within two days. Never ever make the mistake of using them you have been warned.
