I took the deal out on the internet less than 24 hrs ago this morning i received all the insurance details which i thought was prompt, until i noticed things had changed on the information i provided , i called them straight away waited for a Customer service adviser who sighed when she answered the phone, i tried to explain there where things i needed to check on the policy and she immediately went into a rant saying i entered all the details on there and i was responsible for all details provided, at this point i had not even told her where the mistake was, she then came out with a statement of \"if i was not happy i can cancel and how would i like to pay the cancellation charge of £50.00 my policy does not start for another 2 weeks absolute Madness from how can i help to how can you pay within 30 secs and she did not even know the reason behind the call, rather than going thru it all again with her i asked to speak to a manger she advised me her dept does not have a manager at weekends sales have one, so she transfered me thru to her i asked for the customer complaints number ,received it and bid the company goodbye,WHt a joke DO NOT BUY FROM THESE .
